Retention and Deletion
Account data is kept while active. Requests, reports, privacy cases and audit/security records follow a purpose- and status-based schedule reflecting limitation periods and legal duties, with restricted access followed by deletion or anonymisation when no longer needed. Paused automation or a zero setting never authorises permanent retention. A deletion request may be limited only for the minimum record needed for compliance, fraud prevention, rights or law, with the exception reason recorded.
