Controller and scope
The operator shown in B2BZones Setup is responsible for personal data processed for accounts, profiles, forms, moderation and platform operations. This notice does not govern a user company’s independent processing after lawful contact details are shared.
Data we process
Account and professional identity, contact details, organization and sector information, submitted content and files, requests, moderation and verification records, preferences, consent records, audit/security events and necessary device or log data. Do not submit passwords, payment credentials, national identifiers or unnecessary sensitive data.
Purposes and legal grounds
We use data to provide requested services, create and protect accounts, review and route requests, publish approved profiles, communicate, prevent fraud, enforce policies, comply with law and improve aggregate service performance. Processing relies as applicable on contract steps, consent, legitimate interests, and legal obligations.
Sharing and transfers
Data is shared only with authorized operators and processors, a relevant counterparty when you request routing, advisers or authorities when lawfully required. We do not sell personal data. External hosting, email, analytics or AI providers are used only when configured with appropriate safeguards and consent where required.
Retention and security
Records are kept only for the approved operational, contractual, dispute, security and legal period, then deleted or anonymized when appropriate. Access controls, private records, validation, audit logging and reasonable technical measures reduce risk but no internet service is risk-free.
Automated decisions and direct marketing
The current platform does not make solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects. Suggestions and review labels support human assessment. Direct marketing requires a lawful basis and an available opt-out; service, security and account messages are kept distinct from promotional communications.
Your rights

الصور والفيديو ومدة الإعلان
قد تتضمن الإعلانات حتى خمس صور وفيديو واحدًا أقل من دقيقة. تُحفظ الملفات لإدارة الإعلان وأمانه وإثبات الموافقة، ويزال ظهور الإعلان بعد انتهاء مدته أو عند الحذف، مع جواز الاحتفاظ بسجل محدود عند الحاجة القانونية أو لمكافحة الاحتيال.
