Acceptance, eligibility and authority
By visiting, registering or submitting content or a request, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Notice and applicable policies. You must have legal capacity and, when acting for an organization, authority to bind or represent it. Accounts are not for minors.
B2BZones role
B2BZones provides discovery, directory, publishing, communication, review and request-routing tools. Unless a separate written service order expressly says otherwise, B2BZones is not the buyer, seller, supplier, employer, agent, broker, carrier, insurer, payment provider, customs broker, franchise grantor or party to an agreement between users.
Transactions remain between the parties
Users independently negotiate and agree price, specifications, quality, quantity, licences, taxes, payment, inspection, delivery, insurance, customs, warranties, returns and dispute terms. Each party must conduct its own identity, authority, legal, sanctions, financial, technical and commercial due diligence and keep appropriate records.
No agency, fiduciary duty or authority
Listing, communication, moderation, verification or request routing does not create agency, partnership, employment, fiduciary duty, representation, distribution, franchise, exclusivity or authority for B2BZones or one user to bind another. Only a separately signed written instrument may create a distinct service relationship with the operator.
Profiles, verification and matching
Publication, a review status or a suggested match means only the stated scope was reviewed or classified at a point in time. It is not certification, endorsement, credit assessment, professional advice, guarantee of availability, solvency, legality, quality, performance or completion.
User content and rights
You retain ownership of content you lawfully submit and grant the operator a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, reproduce, format, display and distribute it only to operate, secure and promote the service. You warrant that the content is accurate, lawful and does not infringe privacy, confidentiality, intellectual-property or other third-party rights.
Conduct and enforcement
No fraud, impersonation, misleading claims, spam, scraping, credential sharing, malware, unlawful goods or services, rights infringement, sanctions evasion or circumvention of security is permitted. We may review, restrict, label, suspend, preserve or remove accounts or content and cooperate with lawful requests.
Fees and third-party services
Core registration may be free during launch. A paid B2BZones service applies only after its price, tax, renewal, cancellation and delivery terms are shown and accepted. Payments or services exchanged directly between users remain their responsibility. External links and AI providers have separate terms and may be inaccurate or unavailable.
Availability and liability boundary
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator does not warrant uninterrupted access or user-provided information and is not liable for an underlying user transaction, lost profit, opportunity or indirect loss. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory statutory rights, fraud or wilful misconduct where applicable.
Claims and indemnity
You remain responsible for your account, content, offers and transactions. To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify the operator against third-party claims caused by your unlawful content, breach, misrepresentation or infringement, subject to prompt notice and reasonable control of the defence.
Complaints, termination and changes
Report content through the Complaints or Security Reporting pages. We review notices but cannot adjudicate private commercial disputes. You may stop using the service; necessary records may be retained under law and the retention policy. Material changes will be dated and, where required, notified. Applicable mandatory law and competent courts remain unaffected; exclusive jurisdiction is not asserted until the operator details are formally confirmed.
Egyptian-law framework
The platform applies mandatory Egyptian rules relevant to its actual role, including personal-data protection, electronic signatures and records, consumer protection where a protected consumer relationship legally exists, intellectual property, cybercrime, taxation and regulated-goods requirements. References describe the compliance framework and do not certify that every optional integration, user or transaction is compliant.

تخضع البروفايلات والإعلانات للمراجعة، وقد تعيد المنصة تصنيف المحتوى أو تطلب استكماله أو ترفضه عند التضليل أو مخالفة القانون أو السياسات. الفلاتر والتصنيفات وسائل اكتشاف ولا تمثل اعتمادًا أو ضمانًا أو ترتيبًا لجودة مقدم الخدمة.
